Lions and tigers and bears

OH MY!!

Okay so not exactly those animals, but we have had some interesting creatures
out at our new place!

Saturday we saw some large tracks in the snow and I assumed it was just a coyote.
Ryan said they were to large for that, but he wasn't sure.

Then Monday when we were talking to the dry wall workers they said they saw a mouse
IN THE HOUSE! Nice, time for a cat already! Who knows...I probably have some nested
and locked in between that cozy insulation and dry wall!! Not the end of the world, a mouse is
small and we know now and can deal with it appropriately.

BUT this morning I was a bit bothered by Ryan's nonchalant attitude toward the news
that a BEAR was sighted down by the river!!! "Whatever" I said. We are moving about
2 miles out of town-no way! Yes yes yes-really there was a bear sighting. I guess they sometimes wander down the river...Thanks Ry! So glad we are moving right next door to some of my worst nightmares!

And by the way, "Those tracks by the house were a lynx or cougar"!
