Almost over it!

I can't believe how this cold is lingering! I have been pretty achy all week, but made it through without being stuck in bed. (Thanks to Ibuprofen)
I was asked to sing at the "World Day of Prayer" our community held this past Friday. It focused on the women of Guyana-there was a good show from the different faiths here in Taber. My voice was all but gone by the time we were supposed to sing. I went out of the meeting right before our performance to pray that I could at least get through the song because during the congregational hymns I could hardly sing alto! Anyway, the Lord did provide me with a miracle and during the song I felt completely normal and everyone was pleased with the musical number. Right after the song and all day Saturday and today I was basically hoarse. I am always amazed at the simple miracles He blesses us with because of little prayers!

I am so glad that you are all starting to feel better. We'll definitely have to go to the park when everyone is well again.

Well, now we have 3 kids and the younger 2 are twins!! I understand that you have twins too!!! Crazy! Anyway, your blog is great and I'll definitely check back often. Check out our blog at www.saratogarushes.blogspot.com. It was great to 'see' you!
