Waterton National Park

Last week we took a trip to Waterton Park for a few hours. It is only a 35 or 45 minute drive past the temple so we went after a visit there. Ryan's sister, Whitney, was sweet enough to come and help us A TON with the kids. We had Benjamin with us and also Whitney's friend Brandon Bullock. We were planning to go on our own at first, but the kids were all over the place! We couldn't have kept track of them on our own. Colby almost got himself swept down the red rock river, and the boys were hiking all over the place. Every one of the adults was chasing some child all the time. It was a beautiful day though and lots of fun!

Chief Mountain-resembles the Cardston Temple-don't you think?

The water was so cold! I can't believe the kids liked being in there so much...

Colby was hiking all over without his shoes on! Aargh! I could hardly keep up with him and this is where we ended up!
Colby's feet after hiking for awhile!

We went around the village for awhile and ran into some deer. The kids were able to get very close and feed them.

These rocks are really beautiful!

Ryan did a great job getting the reflexion of the mountain in the water!

Capturing Colby and Brooklyn's fun personalities together! Can't believe they will be three Sunday!!!
